Maccabi Tel Aviv swept away their quarter-final game and are on track to do the same in the semi-final after winning a 88-72 home victory over Hapoel Eilat in the Israeli League.

Omri Casspi led the charge with 17 points while Yovel Zoosman was just behind with 16 points. Ante Zizic scored 11 points while Scottie Wilbekin had eight points and eight assists.

On the other side, Casey Prather scored 24 points and Joe Ragland 14 points. Ragland also had eight assists while Derek Ogbeide scored ten points.

The Maccabi caught a total of 14 offensive boards over Hapoel’s six and that ended up being the crucial difference as the winning team used those second chances to shoot a bunch of threes. And 12 of them entered to give them up to 19 points in the third quarter (57-38).
