Full Chase Business Audit℠ has a monthly service charge of $ 15, unless you perform at least one of the following qualifying activities: 1) Maintain a minimum daily balance of at least $ 2,000 in your account at the start of each day of the statement period , 2) Spend at least $ 2000 on purchases (less returns or refunds) using your Chase Ink® business card (s) that shares the legal company name with the full Chase Business checks, using the most recent monthly billing period (s) from the card, 3) Deposit $ 2000 to your Chase Business Complete Checking account from Chase QuickAccept℠ Qualifying Chase Merchant Services product transactions and / or transactions (net of chargebacks, refunds or other adjustments) at least one business day prior to the last day of the Chase Business Full Verification Account Statement Period, or 4) Manage a Chase Private Bound Client Verification℠ Account. Product conditions are subject to change. QuickAccept is only available in the Chase Mobile® app on certain mobile devices and is not available in the US territories or outside of the US. Use of QuickAccept is subject to eligibility, terms of service, monitoring, and further review. Deposits are subject to limits, verification, fraud monitoring and other restrictions. Chase Business Complete Banking is available in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and the United States.
Payments approved before 8 p.m. ET are eligible for same-day deposits 6 days a week, except Saturday. See the QuickAccept Terms of Service for more details. Payments processed and approved by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) / 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), Sunday through Friday (including statutory holidays), will be deposited into the checking account of the ‘business owner’s Chase that night. All payments processed and approved by 5:00 p.m. PT / 8:00 p.m. ET on Saturday will be deposited into the business owner’s Chase business checking account on Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m. ET. There is no additional charge for same day deposits, but standard rates and fees will apply for professional verification and payment processing. New customers are eligible for same-day deposits upon signing up when processing payments through software using Chase Integrated Payments, powered by WePay, and depositing to a Chase corporate checking account. All payments are subject to WePay’s terms of service, including risk assessment and fraud monitoring. Same Day Deposits are only available in the United States. Additional exclusions may apply.
Fraud protection services are available for qualifying business checking accounts and include positive payment service (“positive payment service” or “check protection services”), reverse positive payment service (“positive payment service”). positive reverse ”or“ check check ”), and the ACH debit blocking service.

Chase QuickDeposit℠(with scanner) registration is subject to approval and availability in your region. If approved, a two-year contract is required which includes a check scanner. A monthly maintenance fee of $ 25 applies for the single-feed check scanner option or $ 50 for the multi-feed check scanner option. Additional scanners are available for purchase for a one-time fee of $ 300 per scanner for the Single-Feed Check Scanner and $ 600 per scanner for the Multi-Feed Check Scanner (plus applicable sales tax). During the first 60 days, you may, for any reason, cancel the service and return the scanner free of charge. After that, a cancellation fee of $ 250 applies if service is interrupted before the end of the two-year contract term. All check and deposit fees will be billed and processed according to your account maintenance fee schedule.

Online Bill Payment: You must be registered for Chase Online℠to activate and use online bill payment. The online bill payment service is free when you designate a qualified account as the primary account for online bill payment. A qualified account includes any personal or business Chase checking account, except the Chase personalized check.℠which will be billed $ 5 per month for the online bill payment service.
